About the Role:
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Team Leader - Recruitment Specialist to lead our talent acquisition function.
- The ideal candidate will manage the recruitment team, handle full-cycle hiring processes, and ensure timely closure of positions across multiple departments.
- This role requires strong people management skills, recruitment strategy experience, and the ability to work closely with internal stakeholders for manpower planning.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Management:
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment for all open positions within the organization.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.
- Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
2. Team Leadership:
- Manage, guide, and mentor the recruitment team to ensure performance excellence.
- Allocate tasks, monitor daily activities, and ensure timely achievement of targets.
- Conduct team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
3. Stakeholder Coordination:
- Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Participate in workforce planning and provide hiring status updates.
- Ensure alignment between recruitment strategy and organizational goals.
4. Recruitment Process Optimization:
- Maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and MIS reports.
- Improve recruitment procedures to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
- Implement best practices for sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
5. Candidate Management:
- Manage candidate communication, coordination, and interview scheduling.
- Ensure a smooth and professional onboarding experience for selected candidates.
- Maintain strong candidate pipelines for critical roles.
6. Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare weekly/monthly hiring reports and share progress with management.
- Maintain accurate documentation of hiring activities, data, and recruitment metrics.
- Track TAT (Turnaround Time), closure ratios, and team productivity.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices.
- Hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ATS tools, and job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities efficiently.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Female candidates preferred for this role.
- Demonstrated experience managing recruitment teams.
- Experience hiring for mid-senior-level roles across departments.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
