About the Role:
- We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive IT Manager to oversee and manage the company's entire IT infrastructure, technical operations, and support functions.
- The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of systems, networks, security protocols, and technology-driven operations across the organization.
- This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise and the ability to lead a team while collaborating with cross-functional departments.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Infrastructure & Systems Management:
- Manage and maintain the organizations IT systems including servers, networks, desktops, laptops, VoIP systems, and internal applications.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and optimization of all hardware and software components.
- Supervise installation, configuration, and upgrading of IT equipment, security systems, and enterprise tools.
Network & Security Management:
- Oversee network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, firewalls, routers, and switches.
- Implement and maintain strong cyber security protocols including antivirus, data protection, and backup strategies.
- Conduct periodic security audits to identify vulnerabilities and apply corrective measures.
IT Operations & Support:
- Lead IT support staff to ensure timely resolution of system issues, user tickets, and technical incidents.
- Monitor IT operations in real-time to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted business operations.
- Coordinate with vendors for AMC services, procurement, repairs, and upgrades.
Technology Implementation & Optimization:
- Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency through technology improvements.
- Implement new tools and software relevant to BPO operations such as dialers, CRM systems, QA tools, and workforce management systems.
- Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and HR teams for technological enhancements.
Data Management & Compliance:
- Ensure data integrity, backup management, and disaster recovery mechanisms.
- Maintain compliance with IT policies, data privacy laws, and industry standards.
- Manage access control, authentication systems, and user rights across applications.
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Coordination:
- Lead, mentor, and develop IT support and network teams.
- Work closely with management to plan IT budgets, requirements, and annual technology strategies.
- Prepare IT reports, dashboards, and documentation for decision making.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in IT management, system administration, or network management roles.
- Experience working in BPO/IT-enabled services companies preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, networking, firewalls, switches, and routers.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
- Expertise in handling dialer systems, CRM tools, VPNs, and VoIP infrastructure.
- Proficiency in data backup systems, IT security protocols, and disaster recovery planning.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Hands-on experience managing IT in a fast-growing BPO environment.
- Ability to manage large-scale network installations and technology upgrades.
- Strong vendor management skills and cost-efficient budgeting capabilities
