Key Responsibilities:
- Systems Management & Optimization: Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of key supply chain systems (e.g , ERP, WMS, TMS), ensuring seamless integration and effective utilization.
- Process Design & Improvement: Lead the design, documentation, and continuous improvement of supply chain processes across planning, sourcing, procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize data analytics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement within the supply chain.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track performance and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Project Management: Lead and manage supply chain-related projects, including system upgrades, process redesigns, and new technology implementations, ensuring successful execution within budget and timelines.
- Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g , procurement, logistics, sales, finance) to align supply chain strategies with overall business objectives.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure supply chain operations comply with relevant regulations and internal policies.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks within the supply chain.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with key vendors and service providers, ensuring performance and cost-effectiveness.
- Team Leadership (Potentially): Depending on the specific organizational structure, this role may involve leading a team of analysts or specialists.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- A Master's degree is preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with a strong focus on systems and process optimization.
- Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations.
- Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and other supply chain management software (e.g , WMS, TMS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
- APICS certification (e.g , CPIM, CSCP) is a plus
