Role Overview:

- The Regional Marketing Manager Capacitors is responsible for driving sustainable business growth for Vishays Capacitors product line across India.

- This role acts as the strategic link between India Sales, Divisional Product Marketing (DPM), global capacitor divisions, and key customersensuring market development, design wins, customer satisfaction, and achievement of revenue and POS/POA targets.

- The role requires strong technical expertise in capacitors, excellent commercial acumen, and the ability to collaborate across global and regional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth & Market Development:

- Lead the development and execution of Indias growth strategy for Capacitors, ensuring sustainable sales performance.

- Identify market opportunities, focus product areas, and drive design-in and design-win pipelines for long-term business success.

- Collaborate with global capacitor divisions on growth initiatives, incentive programs, and strategic projects.

Sales Enablement & Commercial Support:

- Guide and support the India sales team to meet targeted POS/POA objectives across all capacitor product lines.

- Serve as the India-based extension of global capacitor divisions for all local engagementstechnical, commercial, and operational.

- Participate in key customer negotiations and drive alignment on contract pricing, business awards, and commercial terms.

Product Marketing & Customer Engagement:

- Promote division focus products to OEMs, Tier-1s, design houses, and channel partners.

- Conduct competitive benchmarking and prepare technical comparisons to highlight Vishays value proposition beyond price-based positioning.

- Organize and facilitate product marketing visits and technical sessions with customers across segments.

Technical Support & Training:

- Provide technical guidance and solution-oriented support to customers, distributors, and internal sales teams.

- Conduct training sessions via platforms such as Vishay University, ensuring knowledge enhancement across stakeholders.

Operational Coordination & Market Intelligence:

- Manage RFQs, sample requests, technical inquiries, delivery coordination, and quality-related escalations by working closely with DPM and India Sales.

- Track design pipelines closely to ensure conversion to orders and POS/POA performance.

- Deliver monthly reports covering marketing activities, market trends, competitor movements, and business updates.

- Facilitate communication channels such as the Capacitors Communication Circle (CCC) to drive alignment and strategic cohesion.

Candidate Profile:

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or related discipline.

- MBA in Marketing or sales is required

- 8-15 years of relevant experience in capacitors or passive components, with strong technical grounding
