Role Summary
We are looking for a Manager Branding to support and execute Visaka's branding and digital initiatives across online and offline platforms. The role focuses on campaign execution, content development, digital performance marketing, and coordination with internal teams and agencies. Experience in ATL/BTL activities within building materials or allied industries is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand & Campaign Execution
- Execute branding and marketing plans aligned with overall business and brand strategy.
- Support product launches and ongoing brand-building initiatives across B2B and B2C segments.
- Plan and execute digital campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Track campaign performance, generate insights, and optimize ROI using analytics tools.
- Coordinate creation of marketing content such as videos, reels, creatives, brochures, blogs, and product communication.
- Ensure brand consistency, tone, and visual identity across all digital and offline touchpoints.
- Manage day-to-day social media activities, calendars, and engagement.
- Monitor brand mentions, comments, and sentiment; escalate insights where required.
- Support execution of ATL campaigns (Print, Outdoor, Radio, TV) in coordination with agencies.
- Assist in BTL activities such as exhibitions, dealer meets, events, site branding, and POS material deployment.
- Use AI tools to improve content creation, design efficiency, and campaign reporting.
- Support automation of routine marketing activities and performance tracking.
- Coordinate with sales, product, and external agencies for smooth campaign execution.
- Ensure timely delivery of creatives and marketing collateral.
- Hands-on experience with paid media, SEO/SEM, social media marketing, and analytics.
- Working knowledge of AI-based tools for design, copy, and video.
- Familiarity with tools like Adobe Suite, Canva, ChatGPT, basic video editing tools.
- Ability to manage agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
