Position: Sales Manager.

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced- Hunter to drive new business opportunities end-to-end - from lead generation, qualification, to closure.
This role involves leading and mentoring a team of SDRs, managing outbound and inbound pipelines, and personally handling high-value deals.
Hunter will be responsible for penetrating supply chain, logistics, retail, and 3PL segments, creating a consistent funnel, and delivering revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Build a strong top-of-funnel pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and partnerships.
- Guide SDRs to research, qualify, and generate quality SQLs using LinkedIn, email, and calling strategies.
- Ensure targeting aligns with ICP (3PLs, OEMs, retailers, supply chain operators).
Sales Execution:
- Own the complete sales cycle: discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Deliver compelling product pitches tailored to pain points and business value.
- Manage complex enterprise sales involving multiple stakeholders and long cycles.
SDR Team Leadership:
- Coach and mentor SDRs to sharpen outreach, qualification, and conversion.
Pipeline & Forecast Management:
- Ensure a healthy 3-4x pipeline against quarterly targets.
- Track deal progress in Zoho CRM and maintain data accuracy.
- Provide realistic forecasts and highlight risks early.
Market Expansion & Intelligence:
- Explore and penetrate new markets across India and ROW (Europe, Middle East, Asia, Australia).
- Gather competitive intelligence and share feedback with product and marketing teams.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with Activators and Farmers during handoffs to ensure continuity of relationships.
- Partner with marketing on campaigns, case studies, and outbound content.
Requirements:
- MBA/BBA preferred, with specialization in Sales/Marketing.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of B2B sales experience (enterprise/SaaS/industrial tech).
- Prior exposure to supply chain, logistics, warehousing, or automation industry preferred.
- Strong track record of closing high-value deals across multiple geographies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead SDRs or inside sales teams.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Zoho preferred), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outbound automation.
- Excellent communication skills - fluency in English and Hindi (mandatory); additional languages a plus.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills.
- Willingness to travel across regions when needed.
