Role Overview.
We're looking for a sharp, driven, and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our hiring efforts across global and domestic markets.
This is not a traditional hiring role.
We're building teams that power high-growth and future-ready projects in BIM, MEPF, Architecture, and more - and we need someone who can match pace, energy, and vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for mid to senior-level positions across all business units.
- Build and drive recruitment strategy aligned with business goals and workforce plans.
- Partner with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and build proactive talent pipelines.
- Leverage data to analyze hiring metrics, reduce time-to-hire, and improve quality-of-hire.
- Lead employer branding initiatives to position VBS as a top destination for talent.
- Explore creative sourcing methods and platforms to attract passive candidates globally.
- Mentor and guide a small team of recruiters; elevate their skills and performance.
- Collaborate closely with HRBP, L&D, and Operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and talent alignment.
Requirements
- 6+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, preferably in tech or engineering-driven domains.
- Strong understanding of global recruitment practices, tools, and platforms.
- Proven track record of hiring for niche roles and leadership positions.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to present hiring dashboards and insights.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Experience in fast-paced or startup environments is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of BIM, AEC, or engineering services is a plus.
