Inside Sales Manager
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Inside Sales Manager with a solid understanding of the BIM (Building Information Modeling) landscape and the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry. Based out of our Dehradun office, you will be responsible for leading a team of Inside Sales Representatives, managing lead generation, and converting qualified prospects into sales opportunities. This is a strategic role focused on scaling our presence in the AEC ecosystem through digital engagement and solution selling.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Inside Sales Representatives.
- Set individual and team sales targets; monitor performance and coach for success.
- Foster a high-energy, collaborative, and accountable sales environment.
Strategic Sales Execution
- Design and implement inside sales strategies tailored to the BIM/AEC market.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical pre-sales teams to align messaging and campaigns.
- Develop outreach plans targeting architects, consultants, EPC firms, and contractors.
Pipeline & CRM Management
- Manage the entire inside sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, nurturing, and closure.
- Ensure the team maintains accurate and up-to-date CRM records .
- Report regularly on sales pipeline, lead velocity, and conversion metrics.
AEC & BIM Industry Insight
- Stay up-to-date with trends in digital construction, BIM adoption, and construction software.
- Understand client needs related to 3D coordination, clash detection, digital twins, and project collaboration.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years managing a team.
- Prior experience selling in the AEC, BIM, or construction technology space.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and outreach platforms.
- Strong communication, leadership, and consultative selling skills.
- Master's or Bachelor's in any related field.
