What will you do?

Youll be the person who owns our relationship with universities.

Youll make sure things run smoothly, problems get solved, and our partners feel well taken care of.

1. Build good relationships:

- Be the go-to person for your university partners.

- Understand what they need, whats working and where theyre stuck.

- Stay close to them and build relationships that last.

2. Solve problems:

- When a partner has a problem, youll own it till it gets solved.

- Get the right people from our side involved and keep things moving.

- If the same problem keeps happening, dont just keep solving it figure out why its happening.

3. Get new universities started:

- Take care of the onboarding of new university partners.

- Coordinate agreements, documents, approvals and other formalities.

- Keep track of whats pending and make sure things dont get stuck.

4. Keep things in order:

- Keep partner information, documents and trackers updated.

- Make sure the basics are done properly.

- Bring some structure when things get messy.

5. Understand how the business works:

- Understand our business, our university partners and how different teams work together.

- Work with Operations, Academics, Finance, Legal and Partnerships to get things done.

- Look for things that can be made simpler, faster or better.

6. Get people moving:

- There will be a lot of people involved, both inside and outside Virohan.

- Make sure everyone knows what needs to happen and by when.

- Follow up, push things forward and close the loop.

7. Own your universities:

- Know your partners well, their priorities, their concerns and whats coming next.

- Dont wait for a problem to land in your inbox.

- If you see something that could become a problem, do something about it.

8. Make the partnership better:

- Make working with us easy for the university.

- Keep an eye on partner satisfaction.

- Find opportunities to make the relationship deeper and more valuable for both sides.

What experience would help?

- Experience in account management, partnerships, relationship management, operations or similar roles.

- Experience working with universities or educational institutions is a big plus.

- Experience handling institutional/enterprise clients or partners is useful.

- Experience with onboarding, documentation, compliance and stakeholder management will help.

- Were less worried about whether youve done this exact job before and more interested in whether you can build trust, figure things out and get things done.
