
Description:
- You will work on the full problem-solving lifecycle:
(1) identifying issues, (2) building and testing interventions, and (3) converting successful solutions into repeatable processes that improve retention, engagement, learning outcomes, and student success metrics at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify Problems Through Data & Insights
- Analyse student lifecycle data and performance metrics to spot patterns, drop-offs, and friction points.
- Create dashboards or frameworks to track leading indicators across engagement, attendance, learning, and completion.
- Conduct structured root-cause analyses to break down broad challenges into solvable components.
- Build and Test Solutions (Growth Experiments)
- Prioritise which problems to solve based on impact, urgency, and scalability.
- Design interventions or experiments around improvements in student engagement,
delivery, support, and behaviour.
- Run pilots end-to-end: hypothesis, design, rollout, measurement, iteration.
- Track the success of experiments through clear metrics and improve based on learnings.
- Convert Solutions into Scalable Processes
- Translate successful experiments into standardised processes, SOPs, playbooks, and workflows.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Academics, Product, and Centre teams to roll out new practices.
- Establish adherence metrics and monitoring systems to ensure consistency across centres.
- Work with product/tech teams where necessary to embed processes into systems for long-term scalability.
You are the right fit if:
- You have 5-8 years of experience in Category Management, Program Management, Growth, or Consulting.
- You have independently owned a business vertical, problem statement, or program with clear KPIs.
- You use data to diagnose problems and break down complex issues into solvable parts.
- You have hands-on experience in building interventions, running pilots, and scaling processes.
- You communicate clearly and work effectively across multiple teams.
- You are structured, analytical, and comfortable managing ambiguity.
- You enjoy working on long-term systems while delivering short-term measurable improvements.
