Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Corporate Development professional to help shape and execute our growth strategy. This role will work directly with the founders to identify, evaluate, and execute strategic opportunities including acquisitions, partnerships, and investments. You will operate end-to-end-from sourcing opportunities to closing deals and supporting integrationin a fast-paced startup environment.
What Youll Do
Drive Inorganic Growth
- Source and evaluate acquisition, partnership, and strategic investment opportunities
- Build financial models and business cases to assess ROI, synergies, and risks
- Conduct market, competitor, and target company analysis
Execute Transactions
- Lead diligence across financial, commercial, operational, and legal areas
- Coordinate closely with founders, functional leads, and external advisors
- Support deal structuring, negotiations, and closing activities
- Own transaction timelines and key deliverables
Work Closely with Leadership
- Prepare concise materials for leadership and board discussions
- Act as a thought partner to founders on growth strategy and capital allocation
- Support fundraising, investor diligence, and strategic planning as needed
Post-Deal Integration & Impact
- Help plan and execute post-acquisition integration
- Track performance, synergy realization, and post-deal KPIs
- Identify lessons learned and continuously improve the M&A playbook
What Were Looking For
Experience:
- 3-7+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, consulting, or strategic finance
- Direct experience evaluating and executing M&A or strategic transactions
- Experience in a startup or high-growth company is a strong plus
Skills:
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
- Structured, first-principles thinker with strong business judgment
- Comfortable with ambiguity and limited process
- Ability to move quickly while maintaining high quality and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders
