
- Admissions & Onboarding: Manage admission lifecycle-from application to enrollment-including documentation, verification, MIS tracking, stakeholder communication.
- Examination Coordination: Plan exam schedules, allocate resources, liaise with exam bodies, supervise logistics, grading, result publication, data integrity.
- Certification Management: Oversee certificate generation, accuracy, dispatch; coordinate with academic/external certifying agencies.
- External Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with universities, regulatory bodies, exam boards to maintain compliance and smooth operations.
- Data Systems & Reporting: Build and maintain student data architecture-dashboards, MIS, audit trail visibility-for leadership and regulators.
- Process Ownership & Improvement: Develop SOPs, identify bottlenecks, implement solutions; drive continuous improvement and automation.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with admissions, academic, finance, and operations teams; escalate and resolve issues.
- Audit & Compliance: Conduct internal audits, prepare for inspections, ensure compliance documentation.
What You Bring:
- Experience: 2-5 years in process/compliance/student admin.
- Education: Engineering Degrees from Tier 1 Colleges.
- Integrity & Ownership: High accountability; ready to take full responsibility end-to-end.
- Communication Excellence: Clear, precise, stakeholder-first communication style.
- Bias for Action: Launch initiatives, meet deadlines, handle pressure.
- Attention to Detail: Data-focused, quality-oriented.
- Analytical & Process-Oriented: Strong at data visualization (Excel/Tableau/Data Studio), SOP documentation.
- Collaboration: Comfort working across teams, incl. external academic/regulatory stakeholders.
- Problem Solver: Tackle edge cases and ambiguity, simplify complex workflows.
- Tools Proficiency: Hands-on with LMS/CRM/ERP or willingness to learn quickly
