
Description:
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)
- Ensure smooth onboarding, documentation & HRMS management
- Handle attendance, leave & payroll coordination
- Maintain employee records, compliance & audits
- Resolve employee queries efficiently
- Improve HR processes & automation
HR Business Partnering (Impact & Strategy):
- Partner with business teams (Sales, Ops, Academics) on performance management
- Drive monthly performance reviews & goal tracking
- Identify performance gaps & enable action plans
- Work with managers on team productivity & target achievement
- Drive employee engagement & retention initiatives
- Handle employee relations & conflict resolution
- Support in org structure & workforce planning
Key Metrics You Will Own:
- Employee productivity & performance
- Attrition & retention
- Hiring turnaround time (in collaboration with TA)
- Employee engagement scores
- HR process efficiency & accuracy
Key Requirements:
- 5 - 8 years experience in HR Generalist / HR Ops + HRBP role
- Strong understanding of HR processes + business dynamics
- High ownership & problem-solving mindset
- Strong stakeholder management skills
