Your Role: - As a Manager FP&A, youll play a key role in bringing clarity to complexity. - Youll manage rolling forecasts, analyze variances, build dashboards, and partner with leadership to deliver insights that drive action. - This is a high-ownership role for someone who can move beyond reporting to shape financial thinking across the company. What Youll Do: - Annual Operating Plan (AOP): Lead the development and execution of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and manage monthly/quarterly rolling forecasts. - Drive Forecasting with Precision: Own and lead the monthly and quarterly rolling forecast process gathering inputs from across the business, challenging assumptions, and building agile models that reflect real-time business dynamics. - Turn Variances into Action: Analyze actuals vs forecasts to identify gaps, variances, and missed opportunities. - Drive follow-ups with functional teams to uncover root causes and align on course-correction plans. - Anticipate, Dont React: Conduct proactive scenario planning and sensitivity analyses to prepare for revenue shifts, cost fluctuations, and operational risks ensuring leadership always has a view of whats next. - Build Decision-Making Tools: Design and implement real-time business intelligence dashboards that give leadership and teams instant access to key financial and operational metrics. - Be a Strategic Finance Partner: Work closely with business leaders to translate plans into numbers, support resource allocation, and enable financially sound decision-making across departments. - Drive a Culture of Financial Discipline: Lead the shift from reactive reporting to forward-looking analysis bringing predictability, clarity, and accountability to how the organization manages its financial health. - Support Strategic Projects: Provide ad hoc financial modeling and deep-dive analytics to support new initiatives, pricing decisions, cost optimization efforts, and investor reporting. What Youll Need: - 35 years of experience in FP&A, business finance, or financial modeling roles. - Educational qualifications: CA or MBA (Finance). - Proficiency in Excel, Redash, and Google Sheets; exposure to BI tools and SQL is a strong plus. - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial and operational data. - Experience building financial models, dashboards, and decision-support tools in a dynamic environment. - Structured thinking, high ownership, and the ability to connect numbers to narratives. - Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
