
Campus Hiring Strategy & Execution:
- Lead annual campus hiring planning and execution across
- Partner with mid-level colleges for hiring in product, sales, and other functional roles
Stakeholder & TA Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and business leaders to align hiring requirements with campus strategy.
- Provide market intelligence, insights, and data-driven recommendations for hiring decisions.
College Engagement & Employer Branding:
- Build and strengthen relationships with academic institutions to drive campus connect programs.
- Enhance the organization's brand visibility through pre-placement talks, engagement activities, and partnerships.
Hiring Process Management:
- Design and manage recruitment drives including assessments, group discussions, and interviews.
- Ensure smooth offer rollout, onboarding, and induction processes in collaboration with HR teams.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a Management Trainee to support execution of hiring activities
