Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Consultant / Financial Advisor with 20+ years of experience to provide financial leadership, business advisory, and strategic guidance to the organization. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving financial efficiency, optimizing resources, improving profitability, and supporting long-term business growth through data-driven financial planning and advisory services.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

- Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals and business expansion plans.

- Conduct financial audits, risk assessments, and resource optimization initiatives to ensure financial stability and compliance.

- Prepare and evaluate financial models, forecasts, budgets, and business projections for strategic decision-making.

- Advise leadership on investments, cost optimization, cash flow management, and revenue enhancement opportunities.

- Monitor market trends, industry benchmarks, and economic developments to identify business opportunities and financial risks.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial objectives with operational and strategic initiatives.

- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across departments.

- Ensure effective financial governance, compliance, and adherence to regulatory standards and policies.

- Provide insights and recommendations for mergers, acquisitions, expansion strategies, and capital allocation decisions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, investors, auditors, banking partners, and external consultants.

- Support leadership with business intelligence reports, financial presentations, and strategic planning initiatives.

Qualifications

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.

- Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, CA, or equivalent will be an added advantage.

- 20+ years of experience in Financial Consulting, Advisory, Corporate Finance, or Strategic Financial Management roles.
