
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize SEM & PPC campaigns across search platforms
- Analyze campaign performance metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversions
- Develop data-driven insights to improve campaign efficiency and ROI
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and ad creatives for optimal performance
- Prepare detailed performance reports and present insights to stakeholders
- Identify growth opportunities and recommend scalable performance strategies
- Mentor junior analysts and support team capability building
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in SEM & PPC campaign management
- Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and reporting tools
- Strong understanding of attribution models and conversion tracking
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Bing Ads or other paid media platforms
- Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, or data visualization tools
- Experience in e-commerce or lead-generation campaigns
