Job Description:
Experience and Expertise:
- Possess a minimum of 2-5 years of hands-on experience in retention marketing within the e-commerce or product-focused industry.
- Proficient in utilizing multiple communication channels such as email, SMS, WhatsApp, web push, and app push for customer retention strategies.
Channel Management:
- Expertise in leveraging platforms like WebEngage, CleverTap, Wizgo, and MoEngage to effectively execute and optimize multi-channel retention marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability to segment and target customers based on behavioral data and preferences to enhance engagement and drive retention.
Campaign Strategy and Execution:
- Develop, implement, and optimize retention marketing strategies and campaigns to improve customer loyalty, reduce churn, and drive repeat purchases.
- Analyze campaign performance, customer engagement metrics, and conversion rates to iteratively refine strategies and achieve business objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, design, analytics, and customer support to align retention marketing strategies with overall business goals and product enhancements.
- Work with analytics teams to derive insights, perform A/B testing, and generate data-driven recommendations for optimizing retention marketing initiatives.
Reporting and Performance Measurement:
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to retention efforts, providing regular reports and insights to management.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and growth, using data insights to drive decision-making and deliver results in terms of customer retention and lifetime value.
