Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for an Influencer Marketing Manager, located in Pune.

- The Influencer Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies, identifying and building relationships with influencers, negotiating contracts, and coordinating influencer campaigns.

- The manager will also track and analyze campaign performance, report on ROI, and manage the influencer marketing budget.

Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and influencer marketing strategies.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

- Experience in contract negotiation and budget management.

- Ability to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance.

- Strong organizational and project management skills.

- Creativity and problem-solving abilities.

- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

- Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus.
