Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-person or virtual meetings to determine client needs and outline digital goals.
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies for assigned clients.
- Oversee clients' online presence, identifying areas of improvement and optimization.
- Present social media strategies and provide training to clients as needed.
- Analyze the effectiveness of digital campaigns using metrics such as conversion rates, cost-per-click, and engagement.
- Maintain long-term, positive relationships with clients to build trust and ensure satisfaction.
- Prepare reports on digital campaign performance on a weekly or monthly basis.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries related to digital management.
- Stay updated with latest trends and best practices in the digital marketing industry.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3.5+ years of experience in digital marketing, client servicing, or account management.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, social media platforms, and online advertising.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and derive actionable insights.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
