Position: Marketing & Communications Manager


Function: Marketing


Base Location: Mumbai


Yrs of exp: min 2-3 (post MBA)


MBA from Tier 1 or 2 mandatory]


Job Summary:


Looking for a dynamic and creative individual to lead the branding, communication and marketing initiatives. The role involves developing integrated marketing campaigns, managing internal and external communications and strengthening brand visibility across all platforms.


Key Responsibilities:


Brand Management & Strategy:


- Own and execute the brand strategy for one or more portfolio brands ensuring consistent positioning, messaging and visual identity across all consumer touchpoints.

- Develop and manage annual brand plans including budgets, campaign calendars and performance milestones.

- Conduct regular brand tracking and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.

- Collaborate with the leadership team to align brand objectives with overall business goals.

Communications Management:


- Create and manage internal and external communication plans.

- Draft press releases, corporate announcements, newsletter, presentations.

- Coordinate with media agencies and maintain public relations activites

- Oversee content development for brand platforms including social media handles, website, D2C channels and e-commerce listings.

- Ensure all communications are compliant with brand guidelines and regulatory standards.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Sales Enablement


- Develop sales support toolkits, trade collateral and training materials for the field and retail teams.

- Coordinate with channel marketing, trade marketing and retail teams to ensure seamless execution of brand activations at point

of sale

- Work with supply chain and commercial teams to support portfolio hygiene and ensuring availability of SKUs and timely phaseout

of non-performers.


Go-to-Market & Product Marketing


- Lead GTM planning and execution for new product launches from consumer research and packaging briefs to channel strategy and sales enablement


- Work closely with the product and design teams to build differentiated propositions for each brand.


- Develop category specific strategies for distinct customer segments.


Required Skills:


- Proven expertise in brand management and integrated marketing communications.

- Strong understanding of ATL and BTL campaign development and execution.

- Hands on experience with digital marketing - SEO, Social Media, D2C, e-commerce platforms.

- Excellent written and verbal communications

Candidate Profile:


- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in brand management or marketing communications preferably in consumer durables, apparels or retail categories

- MBA/MMS in Marketing, Business Management or Mass Communications preferred.

- Highly collaborative with strong stakeholder management skills
