Objective: This position has overall responsibility of managing various key accounts for E-Commerce function for D2C and marketplace platform.
Job Title: Key Account Manager - E-Commerce
Reporting Manager: Lead Marketplace - E-Commerce
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka
Direct Reportees: None (Individual Contributor Role)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- To manage & grow brand, category portfolio for D2C and Marketplace
- To drive sales - primary sales revenue and secondary sales revenue.
- To drive online business strategies, online experience & ecosystem, Sales forecasting, and inventory levels.
- To Gain overall market share: primary & secondary market share in outright account.
Stakeholder management:
- Liaise with category managers on respective portals for planning monthly sales & get PO's accordingly, Identifying growth opportunities.
- Liaise with Ops team to ensure PO's are timely billed & Delivered at partner Warehouse.
- Liaise with commercial team to ensure payments are collected timely.
Inventory management: Work with internal sourcing/ production teams to create inward plan as per requirement; deploy inventory to portal warehouses; ensure inventory sufficiency, reduce non-selling inventory as per portal guidelines
Listing: ensure availability of ecommerce SKUs are live on respective portals
Candidate Requirements:
Experience: 2+ years of experience in e-commerce
Educational Qualification: MBA/Graduate in Sales & Marketing
Business Size: Handled Turnover 100 crores annually.
Industry: Fashion, Footwear, Handbags, E-Commerce would be preferred
