Job Title: Brand Manager - Marketing
Reporting Manager: General Manager - Marketing
Location: Mumbai
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead all the marketing initiatives of travel products for the designated category of the flagship brand.
- Extracting consumer insights from market research and liaising with design / development / manufacturing / creative agencies to execute new product launches.
- Responsible for supporting product design process, mining of consumer relevant innovation and maintaining the health of product portfolio.
- Works with design and creative agency for product development and brand communication.
- Accountable for driving category sales and support sales channels through execution of advertising, promotion and branding activities.
- Responsible for market size estimation, identifying market trends and shift in consumer preferences and pricing decisions pertaining to the category.
- Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of product lines.
- Responsible for tracking and mitigating competition actions.
- Responsible for driving various planning cycles (eg, long range plan, profit plan, operating plan) for the category.
- Annual budgeting and tracking performance.
Candidate Requirements:
- MBA in Sales & Marketing, preferably from a premium B School
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Pro activeness & Go Getter Attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong in agency coordination for Marketing activities
- Strong understanding about Brand / Consumer / Category
