Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Lead to drive revenue growth, build market presence, and lead go-to-market strategies.

The role requires a strong blend of B2B sales leadership, strategic marketing, and hands-on execution within the IT services ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:

- Own and drive end-to-end sales strategy, pipeline creation, and revenue targets.

- Identify new business opportunities across domestic and international markets.

- Lead enterprise and mid-market deal closures, including negotiations and contract finalization.

- Build and manage strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.

Marketing & Growth:

- Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

- Drive brand visibility, demand generation, and lead acquisition across digital and offline channels.

- Work closely with product and delivery teams to position offerings effectively in the market.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine GTM strategies.

Team & Stakeholder Management:

- Lead, mentor, and scale the sales and marketing team.

- Collaborate with leadership to define growth roadmaps and quarterly targets.

- Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- MBA (Mandatory) from a recognized institute.

- 5-7 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within the IT / Technology Services industry (Mandatory).

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, enterprise selling, and solution-based selling.

- Hands-on experience with digital marketing, lead generation, and CRM tools.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities.
