
Primary Purpose of the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Techno- Functional Business Analyst to support and drive execution across multiple client implementation projects. The ideal candidate will manage project tracking, risk management, cross-functional coordination, and stakeholder communication while ensuring adherence to timelines and scope. A working understanding of e-commerce operations and SaaS platforms will be an advantage.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):
1. Multi-Project Coordination & Execution
- Own and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across 4-6 simultaneous client implementations.
- Maintain and update project plans weekly in coordination with functional, engineering, QA, and client teams.
- Flag and follow up on slippages, risks, or delays proactively.
- Ensure all internal and external teams are aligned to planned Go-Live dates.

2. Reporting & Stakeholder Communication
- Prepare and share structured weekly project status reports (internal & client-facing) including progress, blockers, next steps, and accountability matrix.
- Escalate issues or misalignments early with actionable resolution options.
- Schedule and manage cadence calls, MOMs, and follow-up actions effectively.
3. Dependency Identification & Risk Management
- Track dependencies across product customizations, engineering tickets, and release schedules.
- Identify bottlenecks in cross-functional teams (product, QA, data, infrastructure) early and facilitate resolution.
- Maintain a risk register and actively update mitigation plans in collaboration with project owners.
4. Change Management & Customization Oversight
- Monitor all approved and in-scope change requests, ensuring documentation, estimates, and timelines are captured.
- Liaise with product/engineering for feature changes, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and release timelines.
- Ensure no scope creep without written change sign-offs.
5. Documentation & Internal Alignment
- Maintain up-to-date internal trackers for each project across Jira, Confluence, Freshdesk, Excel, or other internal tools.
- Ensure all documentation - BRDs, SOWs, test plans, Go-Live checklists - are centrally stored and version-controlled.
- Collaborate with QA and support for a clean handover and post-Go-Live tracking.
6. Customer & Business Understanding
- Demonstrate working knowledge of ecommerce operations, omnichannel use cases, and Vinculum's product modules.
- Engage in basic process mapping to capture gaps in client expectations vs product capabilities.
- Support project managers in driving adoption of core modules and minimizing unnecessary customizations.
