
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Manager Alliances & Partnerships to join our growing organization. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive strategic Alliances & Partnerships across domestic (India) and key international markets (MEA, SEA, GCC, and the US). The ideal candidate will play a critical role in building partnerships, expanding the ecosystem, and contributing to revenue growth in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive partnerships across India and international markets (MEA, SEA, GCC, US) including Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, market prioritization, and opportunity identification.
- Build and manage relationships with domestic and global strategic partners to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Manage end-to-end partnership lifecycle: opportunity identification, deal structuring, negotiation, closure, and post-deal growth (upsell/cross-sell).
- Collaborate with sales teams across regions to support deal execution and act as a partnerships champion.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders across geographies to ensure alignment and successful partnership outcomes.
- Develop and present financial models and business cases for partnership opportunities.
- Build a strong pipeline of API integration opportunities across SMB, Enterprise, and partner ecosystems in India and global markets.
- Support and enhance alliances & partnership programs, frameworks, and processes to scale domestic and international growth.
- Guide and mentor team members on deal execution, commercial structuring, and partner management across regions.
- Drive customer acquisition through alliances across multiple product offerings in India and global markets.
- Own and contribute to revenue targets from reseller and affiliate channels in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives for new market entry and vertical expansion across India, MEA, SEA, GCC, and the US.
Key Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Alliances and Partnerships preferably in SAAS industry.
- Strong experience managing partnerships across India and international markets (MEA, SEA, GCC, US).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in domestic and global environments.
- Demonstrated success in expanding solutions across multiple geographies.
- Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability.
- Ability to work in ambiguous and fast-changing environments.
- Experience working with cross-functional and global stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Prior experience mentoring or managing team members across regions.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High cultural awareness and ability to collaborate across diverse markets.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors and Masters degree in business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
