Role Overview
Vinculum is looking for a high-impact Alliances & Partnerships - Marketing Events professional to build, activate, and scale its ecosystem across SaaS software in Supply Chain, Loyalty and Omnichannel order orchestration and understanding of retail eCommerce ecosystem and Online marketplace, 3PLs, aggregators.
This role owns strategic alliances, collaborates joint go-to-market (GTM) initiatives, and delivers pipeline and revenue through partner-led marketing programs- including webinars, industry conferences, trade shows, partner roadshows, and customer roundtables.
This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role at the intersection of partnerships, marketing, CRM discipline, and sales enablement. The individual must be proactive, adaptable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats to make things happen.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Alliances & Ecosystem Partnerships
- Identify, onboard, and manage alliances with technology partners, system integrators, digital agencies, ERP vendors, POS providers, fintech and payment platforms, marketplaces, ecommerce enablers, 3PLs, and logistics aggregators.
- Build joint GTM strategies, co-selling motions, and co-marketing plans aligned to Vinculum's enterprise and mid-market customers.
- Own partner relationships end-to-end: onboarding, enablement, QBRs, performance tracking, and pipeline contribution.
- Build country-wise partner ecosystems across India, GCC, SEA, the US, and emerging markets.
2. Ecosystem Depth & Industry Expertise
- Demonstrate strong understanding of ecommerce, retail, supply chain, omnichannel, and quick- commerce trends.
- Maintain hands-on familiarity with the Shopify Plus & Platinum partner ecosystem, and working knowledge of Amazon, Google, and Salesforce partner ecosystems.
Proactively onboard and activate:
- POS vendors (retail & omnichannel)
- Financial software and fintech platforms (payments, reconciliation, invoicing, credit)
- Niche and regional ERP vendors
- Cross-border payment, tax, and compliance providers
- Digital agencies, ecommerce consultants, and SIs
- 3PLs, fulfillment partners, and logistics aggregators
- Marketplace and aggregator platforms in each country
3. Marketing Events & Co-Marketing Programs
- Plan and execute co-branded events: supply chain & ecommerce conferences, webinars, trade shows, partner roadshows, and customer roundtables.
- Work with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to build solution-led narratives, demos, and event messaging across OMS, WMS, PIM, and omnichannel commerce.
- Drive partner-hosted and Vinculum-led demand programs, ensuring strong lead quality and clear follow-through.
4. CRM Adoption, Contracts & Growth Collaboration
- Drive end-to-end adoption of Freshworks as the single system of record for alliances, events, partner-sourced leads, and pipeline tracking.
- Ensure partner contracts, NDAs, and commercial agreements are managed using Zoho
Contracts, enabling faster onboarding and deal closure.
Work closely with the Growth & Demand Generation team on:
- Content programs (blogs, case studies, partner stories, webinars)
- Paid ads and campaign landing pages
- Outbound and partner-led ABM campaigns
- Translate alliance strategies into clear, executable campaigns with CRM-backed workflows, attribution, and sales handover.
5. Sales Enablement & Pipeline Growth
- Support sales teams with partner-led opportunities, joint account planning, and event-sourced leads.
- Enable partners with solution decks, use cases, case studies, and value propositions tailored by industry and geography.
- Act as a strong bridge between partners, sales, product, and marketing to accelerate deal velocity.
6. Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Track and report partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, event ROI, ecosystem contribution, and revenue impact.
- Continuously optimize alliance and event strategies using data, CRM insights, and market feedback.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in Alliances, Partnerships, Channel Marketing, or Ecosystem roles within Enterprise SaaS, Ecommerce, Supply Chain, OMS/WMS domains.
- Proven experience running B2B marketing events, webinars, and conferences.
- Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS sales cycles and partner-driven GTM models.
- Demonstrated ability to build and activate multi-partner ecosystems across countries.
- Hands-on experience with Freshworks CRM, Zoho Contracts, and modern marketing tools.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
