Growth Manager (Outbound Campaign Leader)
Description:
Primary Purpose of the role
Were hiring a data-driven, Growth manager for Lead generation using Outbound Campaigns, Ads and Content to build and scale our global outbound engine.
What Youll Do
- Lead multi-channel outbound campaigns (Email, Voice, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Ads) targeting enterprise and mid-market prospects across India, SEA, MEA, Europe, ANZ, and the US.
- Implement and optimize AI Voice Agents to boost connect rates and automate follow-ups.
- Collaborate with growth teams to build and enrich prospect databases using tools like Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and Lusha.
- Manage and mentor a team of SDRs and campaign specialists to consistently achieve MQL and SQL targets.
- Collaborate closely with growth, content, and performance marketing teams to create personalized and high-impact outreach.
- Track competitor messaging in PIM, OMS, WMS, Loyalty, Analytics- campaigns, and trends to refine positioning and stay ahead of the market.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Growth team and CEO to launch new geographies and new products.
- Use AI and analytics to personalize outreach, automate workflows, and scale campaigns globally with localized content.
- Own the numbers pipeline growth, conversion ratios, and outbound ROI.
What Were Looking For:
- 5 to 8 years of experience in outbound or demand generation roles, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Comfort with new and emerging technologies
- Proficiency in Clay, Apollo, CRM systems (Freshworks, HubSpot), and other modern campaign tools.
- Strong analytical and data-driven, target oriented mindset with a proven record of hitting MQL/SQL and pipeline targets.
- Experience managing teams and scaling outbound operations across multiple geographies.
- Passion for AI, automation, and growth at scale.
