About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Talent Acquisition Lead to drive end-to-end hiring for engineering and manufacturing roles.
This role requires strong domain expertise in automotive and industrial hiring, along with the ability to partner closely with business leaders to build high-quality talent pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for engineering and manufacturing roles across multiple business units.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring needs and design effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Drive hiring across roles in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, tooling design, manufacturing engineering, and quality.
- Build and execute sourcing strategies to attract niche and passive technical talent.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and act as a strategic hiring advisor.
- Ensure a strong candidate experience and maintain high hiring quality benchmarks.
- Track hiring metrics and continuously optimize recruitment processes.
Preferred Background / Domain Expertise:
- Proven experience hiring for engineering and manufacturing organizations.
- Strong exposure to automotive, product development, manufacturing, and tooling functions.
- Demonstrated success in hiring technical roles across engineering disciplines.
- Good understanding of automotive talent markets, engineering competencies, and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to design sourcing strategies for specialized engineering and tooling talent.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with a strong focus on engineering and automotive hiring.
- Experience hiring for tooling, manufacturing, or industrial engineering roles.
- Strong stakeholder management and consultative hiring approach.
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, referrals, networking, etc.).
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience hiring for automotive OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, EV companies, or industrial manufacturing firms.
- Familiarity with CAD, tooling, machining, manufacturing, and product development ecosystems.
