
Human Resource Generalist
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to manage the full spectrum of recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and employee engagement.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in engineering services and automotive recruitment, coupled with strong HR operations expertise and proficiency in ATS & HRMS tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (requirement gathering to onboarding)
- Source, screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews for diverse roles
- Handle salary negotiations and offer processes
- Drive recruitment efforts specifically in engineering services and automotive domains
- Oversee HR operations, including:
- Employee engagement activities
- Coordination between departments
- Onboarding & exit formalities
- Documentation & compliance
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Partner with managers to understand and fulfill their human resource needs
- Maintain accurate employee records and support payroll & benefits administration
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
- MBA in business or human resources will be added advantage
- 10 to 15 years of relevant HR experience
- Strong exposure to ATS & HRMS platforms
- Hands-on experience in engineering services and automotive recruitment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with integrity
