Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Growth:
- Develop 12-36 month go-to-market and growth strategies covering sales expansion, channel development, product/service positioning, pricing strategy and brand visibility.
- Translate corporate vision and future goals into marketing and sales roadmaps (campaigns, channels, budgets, KPIs).
Planning & Alignment:
- Map marketing & sales initiatives to short- and long-term company objectives; create a prioritized roadmap with clear ROI expectations.
- Present quarterly and annual plans to senior leadership and adapt based on performance and market feedback.
Team Building & Structure:
- Recruit, onboard and mentor the sales and marketing team (sales executives, BD managers, marketing managers, digital & content resources).
- Design and implement a clear department structure: job descriptions, roles, KPIs, escalation paths and performance review cycles.
Business Development & Client Management:
- Personally drive business development for strategic accounts; maintain and expand relationships with key clients, system integrators, contractors and large buyers.
- Create and own account management best practices to increase wallet share and client retention.
Industry & Network Leverage:
- Leverage existing supplier relationships and B2B network to generate leads, partnerships and co-marketing opportunities.
- Keep abreast of industry standards, procurement cycles, tendering processes and regulatory developments relevant to fire safety and protection
