1. Strategic Planning & Leadership:
- Develop and implement short-term and long-term marketing and business development strategies.
- Identify new market opportunities in fire safety systems (fire alarms, fire suppression systems, hydrant systems, extinguishers, etc.).
- Drive revenue growth and profitability targets.
- Lead and mentor marketing and sales teams.
2. Business Development:
- Identify and secure large-scale projects in commercial, industrial, residential, and government sectors.
- Develop strong relationships with consultants, contractors, architects, MEP firms, and government authorities.
- Participate in tenders, bidding processes, and contract negotiations.
- Establish channel partners and distribution networks.
3. Marketing Management:
- Develop brand positioning and go-to-market strategies.
- Oversee digital marketing, exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis.
- Develop pricing strategies aligned with market conditions.
4. Key Account & Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain relationships with key corporate and institutional clients.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Handle high-level negotiations and strategic partnerships.
5. Compliance & Industry Standards:
- Ensure adherence to fire safety regulations and standards (NFPA, local fire codes, etc.).
- Stay updated with regulatory changes in the fire safety industry.
6. Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage marketing budgets.
- Forecast sales and revenue projections.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure targets are met.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
