Role Overview:

- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager - Marketing & Business Development to lead sales and strategic growth in the conductor and cable industry.

- The ideal candidate will bring strong product knowledge, industry connections, and the ability to expand into new markets, including overseas business development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.

- Drive sales growth, client acquisition, and retention by delivering technical and commercial proposals.

- Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies tailored to the conductor and cable segment.

- Collaborate with internal teams for pricing, proposals, product development, and client servicing.

- Conduct market analysis, competitor tracking, and sales forecasting to inform decision-making.

- Engage with EPCs, utilities, and government bodies for project-based business development.

- Oversee costing, pricing, and bid strategy for tenders and project contracts.

- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and client meetings globally.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree (MBA/PGDM) is a plus.

- 5-10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development in the conductor/cable manufacturing industry (or closely related fields of repute).

- Strong knowledge of conductor and cable products, their applications, and manufacturing processes.

- Proven track record of generating business and meeting/exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Experience in costing, project pricing, and handling large client accounts.

- Exposure to overseas markets is highly desirable.

- Proficiency in market research tools, CRM systems, and MS Office.
