Job Summary:

- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth.

- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing sales operations, developing strategic sales plans, and building strong client relationships.

- You will play a critical role in expanding our market presence and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets.

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to maximize their potential and drive performance.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client accounts.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key accounts.

- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales strategies and optimize customer experience.

- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify risks and opportunities, adjusting strategies accordingly.

- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior leadership.

- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, competitors, and customer needs.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

- 5+ years of sales experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in [industry-specific] environments.

- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
