Senior Manager - Sales


About the Role:


We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead and drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and mentoring a high-performing sales team.
The ideal candidate brings a strategic mindset, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of solution-based selling in a competitive market.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Planning:


- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets and expand the customer base.

- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:


- Identify and pursue key business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and client engagement.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure client retention and satisfaction.

Team Leadership & Mentoring:


- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives or account managers to exceed performance targets.

- Provide regular coaching, training, and performance feedback.

Forecasting & Reporting:


- Deliver accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market insights to leadership.

- Track KPIs and sales performance using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).

Collaboration:


- Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with broader organizational goals.

- Provide market feedback to influence product development and pricing strategies.


Key Requirements:


- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)

- 4-5 years of B2B/B2C sales experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial capacity

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

- Strong understanding of the full sales cycle, consultative selling, and account management

- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency with CRM and sales analytics tools

- Ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
