Key Responsibilities:

1. Go-to-Market Strategy - Develop and execute GTM plans through market analysis, segmentation, positioning, and omnichannel campaigns aligned with healthcare trends and compliance.

2. Product Launch Management - Lead end-to-end launch planning, cross-functional coordination, messaging, and performance tracking to ensure successful adoption.

3. CME Programs - Design and deliver accredited CME initiatives (live/virtual/hybrid) in collaboration with KOLs and medical societies, ensuring educational integrity and measurable impact.

4. KOL Engagement - Identify, partner, and nurture relationships with clinical/scientific leaders to support advisory boards, research, and authentic scientific exchange.

5. Digital Marketing - Plan and execute SEO/SEM, social, content, and automation-driven campaigns; leverage innovative channels (webinars, AR/VR, podcasts) while ensuring HIPAA/GDPR compliance.

6. Branding & Content - Build a differentiated brand narrative rooted in clinical science; oversee creation of brochures, case studies, whitepapers, videos, and evidence-based collateral.

7. Clinical Science Integration - Translate complex clinical data into clear, persuasive messaging; collaborate with medical affairs to ensure scientific accuracy and regulatory soundness.

8. Compliance Oversight - Partner with legal/regulatory teams to ensure all marketing activities meet FDA, EMA, HIPAA, GDPR, and other relevant standards.

9. Analytics & Insights - Utilize CRM, BI, and analytics tools to track ROI, adoption, and customer engagement; apply data-driven insights for continuous optimization.

10. Cross-functional Collaboration - Work closely with product, sales, operations, and leadership teams to align marketing with business objectives and customer needs.

11. Team & Agency Management - Guide internal teams and external partners/agencies to deliver high-quality, compliant, and impactful campaigns.

12. Continuous Learning - Stay updated on healthcare regulations, digital trends, and scientific literature to refine strategies and maintain competitive positioning.

Qualifications:

- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or equivalent; background in Life Sciences preferred.

- 8-10 years of experience in healthcare/medtech/pharma/ SaaS/ wellness/ diagnostics product marketing.

- Proven expertise in GTM, product launches, CME, KOL engagement, and digital marketing.

- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
