Role Overview:

As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will lead Vigocare's business development efforts within the healthcare sector. Your role involves:

Reaching out to hospitals and CXOs

Pitching Vigo's value proposition

Navigating decision hierarchies

Accelerating the sales cycle

Improving conversion rates

You'll play a strategic role in shaping and executing high-impact sales plans.

Key Responsibilities:


1. Outreach & Business Development

- Identify and develop business opportunities in hospitals and healthcare institutions

- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach and relationship building

2. Product Pitch & Demonstration

- Present Vigo's unique solutions to CXOs and key stakeholders

- Customize product demos to address specific client pain points

3. Navigating Decision-Making Hierarchies

- Map organizational structures within hospitals

- Identify and influence key decision-makers and stakeholders

4. Follow-Up & Sales Optimization

- Implement structured follow-up processes to reduce sales cycle time

- Track performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred

- 4-7 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in healthcare or technology

- Proven success in managing full sales cycles and closing high-value deals

- Deep understanding of hospital and healthcare decision-making frameworks

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM tools

Preferred Skills:

- Healthcare Network: Existing relationships with hospital stakeholders

- Strategic Thinking: Ability to design long-term sales plans aligned with organizational goals

- Problem-Solving: Creative and flexible approach to overcoming objections

- Relationship Management: Build trust-based partnerships with senior hospital executives

- Negotiation: Handle complex contracts and tailor agreements to hospital-specific requirements
