This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving academic quality, institutional development, and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide academic leadership, ensuring high standards in teaching, curriculum design, pedagogy, and student learning outcomes.

- Oversee day-to-day academic and administrative operations, ensuring smooth functioning across departments.

- Strengthen faculty development, research culture, and industry collaboration.

- Lead accreditation, ranking, and quality assurance initiatives.

- Support the Director in implementing strategic plans, new academic programs, and institutional growth initiatives.

- Foster a disciplined, student-centric environment with strong governance and process excellence.

- Represent the institution in academic forums, industry interactions, and external stakeholder engagements.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies (AICTE, NBA, AIU, etc.).

Desired Profile:

- Strong administrative and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead diverse academic teams.

- Preferably from Marketing or Operations Management background.

- Demonstrable track record in academic leadership, administration, or similar senior roles in higher education.

- International exposure in academics, research, or institutional collaborations is an added advantage.

- Medically fit and able to manage the demands of a dynamic academic environment.

- Below 55 years of age.

- Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to drive innovation, digital transformation, and outcome-based education frameworks.

Qualifications:

- Masters degree in Management or related field (Ph.D. preferred).

- Minimum 15 - 20 years of academic/ industry experience, including significant leadership responsibilities.
