Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality teaching using modern pedagogies, case-based learning, and industry-aligned content.

- Engage in impactful research, publications, and thought leadership in reputed journals.

- Contribute to consulting projects, executive education, industry outreach, and institutional development initiatives.

- Mentor students, guide project work, and foster a learning-centric environment.

- Collaborate with international faculty/institutions and participate in global academic engagements.

- Actively support curriculum development, internal committees, and accreditation processes.

- Represent VJIM in conferences, seminars, workshops, and academic networks.

- Facilitate cross-functional academic activities under the supervision of Area Heads.

Desired Profile:

- A Ph.D. is mandatory (in Management or related fields).

- 3 - 8 years of experience in a recognised B-School with proven academic contributions.

- Exceptional track record in teaching, research, publishing, and consulting.

- Inspiring, motivated, and growth-oriented academic mindset with a passion for continuous learning.

- Goal-oriented with strong work ethic, commitment to quality, and ability to meet academic deliverables.

- International exposure (teaching, research, collaborations, fellowships, or conferences) is an added advantage.

- Willingness to travel, engage with international academic partners, and participate in collaborative programmes.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

- Age below 40 years.

Qualifications:

- A Ph.D. in the relevant area is mandatory.

- Research publications in ABDC/Scopus-indexed journals preferred.

- Experience with case teaching, experiential learning, and outcome-based education will be valued.
