The Mission

What you'll do
- Be the face of VU across India's most progressive K12 schools.
- Orchestrate electrifying workshops, immersive webinars, and "can't-miss" Open Houses. Build a dream network of principals, counsellors, study abroad advisors, and keep them engaged.
- Turn strategy into action to achieve enrolment goals with sharp data insights and CRM wizardry.
- Work with faculty and admissions to give every student a smooth, engaging admissions experience.
Skills, that'll make us swipe right
- People skills so good, they call you the 'Counsellor Whisperer'.
- Street-smart strategy: you know what works, and how to work it.
- Hands-on CRM, data dashboards, and a love for organised chaos.
- Comfort in public speaking.
- Ability to hustle solo and jam in teams.
Qualifications we prefer
Bachelor's mandatory, master's in marketing/education/Comms is a high-five.
You've got this if
- You have at least 5 years in higher-ed outreach, admissions or marketing, interfacing with IB and CAIE K12 schools.
- You have the "flair" and the "persona" to charm your way through IB and CAIE school corridors.
- You have been a student counsellor at IB/CAIE schools or prominent study abroad organisations.
