Head of Marketing - Vidyashilp University,

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership & Brand Management:

- Develop and continuously refine VIDYASHILP UNIVERSITY's brand strategy to align with its mission, values, and academic vision.

- Create distinct and innovative brand identities for VIDYASHILP UNIVERSITY's academic programs and new initiatives.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive strategic planning and institutional growth initiatives.

- Be the custodian of all brand and marketing collaterals.

2. Marketing Strategy & Execution:

- Lead the development and execution of both digital and traditional marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email campaigns, and offline outreach.

- Oversee content creation for all marketing channels (website, social media, brochures, newsletters) to ensure consistent messaging and quality.

- Utilize social media platforms to engage with prospective students and parents, showcasing student achievements, University events, and academic programs.

- Optimization of website content, landing pages, blogs, articles and paid search copy working closely with the demand generation stakeholders. Collaborate with marketing team for creation of digital assets for campaigns.

3. Event Management & Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Plan and execute University events, such as orientation programs, student exhibitions, to foster strong connections with the local community, with a clear understanding of the University's ethos and academic offerings.

- Work closely with all stake holders, academic leaders, and operations team to ensure alignment between the admissions strategy and the University's academic and operational priorities.

- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth coordination on fees, scholarships, and other financial elements related to admissions.

Desired Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputed institution.

Experience:

- 8-15 years in marketing leadership roles.(3-5 yrs in lead role preferred)

- Proven experience in leading integrated marketing strategies across multiple audiences and channels.

- Experience in marketing strategies to drive growth.

Skills:

- Strong understanding of integrated marketing, performance marketing, digital marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and analytics tools.

- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt marketing strategies to meet local needs while maintaining global brand consistency.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders.

- Strong project management skills, with experience handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.

- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar), Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
