Role: Senior Manager - Marketplaces & Quick Commerce

Location: Delhi

Total Experience-5+ yrs

CTC: 35 LPA

Notice Period- Immediate joiner

Working Days: 5 days working (1st Saturday off, rest Saturdays half-day)

Job Overview:

We're looking for a high-ownership, growth-driven professional to lead and scale marketplace & quick commerce business. This role will be responsible for driving revenue, profitability, and category growth across major platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end growth across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit, Instamart & other platforms

- Managing marketplace operations including catalog, pricing, promotions, and inventory planning

- Driving performance marketing through platform ad tools

- Owning P&L with a focus on growth and margins

- Building data-driven processes, dashboards, and scalable playbooks

Key Requirements:

- 6-8+ years of experience in marketplace / e-commerce / quick commerce roles

- Strong expertise in Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra ecosystems

- Hands-on experience with ads, analytics, and performance optimization

- Highly data-driven with strong ownership mindset

- Advanced skills in Google Sheets, dashboards, and analytics tools
