The Head of Growth - VP will own and drive end-to-end revenue growth across D2C, online marketplaces, performance marketing, and retail channels. This role is both strategic and execution-oriented, responsible for building scalable, profitable growth engines while staying closely involved in key performance levers. Key Responsibilities - Own overall revenue growth across D2C, marketplaces, and retail channels, with accountability for topline and contribution margins. - Define and execute growth strategy across performance marketing, website optimization, retention, marketplaces, and retail expansion. - Lead performance marketing across paid channels to ensure efficient customer acquisition and scalable growth. - Drive D2C growth levers including traffic acquisition, conversion optimization, AOV improvement, and lifecycle marketing. - Scale marketplace performance through assortment strategy, pricing, visibility, and promotions. - Oversee retail growth initiatives including channel expansion, regional scaling, and store performance. - Establish clear growth dashboards and metrics to track performance, unit economics, and ROI. - Build and lead high-performing growth and analytics teams; collaborate closely with brand, product, and leadership teams. Qualifications - 10+ years of experience driving revenue growth in D2C or consumer-focused businesses. - Proven success across performance marketing, marketplaces, and conversion-led growth. - Strong understanding of growth metrics, funnels, attribution, and unit economics. - Experience owning revenue or P&L targets in high-growth environments.
