Vice President/Director - Investment Banking - Infrastructure & Allied Sectors

Overview

This role is a senior investment banking position focused on the infrastructure sector, involving origination and end-to-end execution of M&A and ECM transactions across core infrastructure and allied sectors. The position offers exposure to complex advisory mandates, close interaction with senior clients, and responsibility for transaction execution from origination support through closure, with the level aligned to prior experience at VP or Director grade.

Key Responsibilities

- Originate & Execute M&A and ECM transactions across infrastructure and allied sectors, from origination support to deal closure.

- Prepare pitchbooks, information memoranda, financial models, and valuations.

- Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with legal, technical, and other advisors.

- Support client interactions and relationship management alongside senior leadership.

- Oversee transaction documentation and ensure timely deal execution.

Skills Required

- Minimum 10 years of experience for VP role; ideal range 10-13 years

- Minimum 15 years of experience for Director role;

- Mandatory hands-on M&A deal execution experience in infrastructure; ECM exposure is required

- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and transaction structuring skills
