- Product Management for workforce fulfilment solutions:
Based on the strategic direction and group-wide approach defined for talent fulfilment, define and deliver a suite of customer-focused solutions for analysis, reporting and decision support for Talent interventions. Responsibilities include requirements gathering and user-stories, rapid prototyping to demonstrate opportunity / potential, defining required data scheme and database architecture for hosted analytics solutions.
- Cyclical reporting and data insights:
Define and implement the analytics framework and reporting cycle for Talent Fulfilment insights, including (but not limited), provision of reporting for Enterprise Talent partners, Talent Acquisition and senior PG&C leadership.
- Data and analytics interlock:
Build and maintain relationships with closely aligned teams in Talent Sourcing & Intelligence, Workforce Strategy & Insights and Finance
- Typical Performance Measures
Directly attributable contribution to managing total cost of Enterprise Talent function (e.g. through optimisation of total cost of recruitment)
Positive customer NPS for core products
Customers / Stakeholders
- Enterprise Talent and People teams: Direct user of workforce planning / fulfilment frameworks, tools and insights for delivering talent at the right time, place and cost.
- Finance, Procurement and People Analytics: Align workforce. fulfilment forecasts with budgetary constraints and business strategy
- Sourcing & Talent Intelligence: Use external talent demand and supply data and emerging market trends as input into talent fulfilment scenarios and decision-making.
Experience / Qualifications
- Overall experience of 15+ yrs in workforce and talent analytics, including supply and demand analysis, workforce segmentation, analysis of talent acquisition trends and hiring funnel metrics.
- Deep understanding of people data modelling, including time-series forecasting, statistical analysis, sensitivity analysis, prescriptive and predictive analytics, gap analysis, scenario modelling.
- Data analytics and data science methods, including use of SQL database structures, and/or development of coded analytics solutions (e.g. Python)
- Data visualisation and reporting, including use of hosted data visualisation platforms such as Tableau, or Microsoft PowerBI, and the publication and management of hosted reports
- Strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to distil complex analytics into simple key messages, through pragmatic data visualisation and storytelling.
- Strong business partnering skills, and a consultative and collaborative approach, including the ability to surface and challenge legacy ways of working, and to develop new and innovative problem-solving techniques
