Responsibilities:

- Performing the administration of and any services pursuant to administration agreements in respect of a portfolio of hedge fund clients.

- Review and sign-off of Pricing, Valuation, Independent Price Verification (IPV), P&L Analytics and associated reports for daily and monthly clients.

- Engage with clients, client vendors, client service teams as well as other upstream team for query management and resolution.

- Represent the valuations group in external calls for Due Diligence, Board of Directors meetings, Audit calls etc.

- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to effectively enable smooth submission of deliverables and elicit positive client sentiments.

- Address and/or escalate all material issues affecting the NAV production process or client relationship in general to Senior Vice President in a detailed and timely manner.

- Primary point of contact and escalation for the Year end process with respect to audit timelines, Financial Statement Preparation, Regulatory filings, Tax services, etc.

- Primary point of contact and escalation for KPIs and KRIs on the client deliverables of the team.

- Coordination and oversight for all facets of COE pipeline includes New Business, migrations, organic changes including liquidations and resignations; monitor and escalate ingestion and progress of new clients, fund launches and on boarding of existing clients.

- Identify Employee/Training needs to efficiently manage pipeline; monitor requirements against actual while proactively engaging stakeholders to facilitate hiring and training requirements.

- Work closely with COE and LO stakeholders to maximize client profitability; monitor and report on COE and LO resource management at client, individual and location level for Senior Management action.

- Review and action on Operational MIS Reporting reporting on Operational Metrics, adherence to risk and best practice guidelines, turnover, productivity/efficiencies to name a few.

- Acting as the senior representative, co-ordinate strategic and operational initiatives between COE FA Management/SDG/Global project teams and the Local Project Coordinators (LPCs) within each locations to achieve successful execution.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships across CFS to effectively facilitate CFS COE FA strategies and goal.

Qualifications:

- Degree qualified in Accounting or Finance related area and/or studying for a professional accounting qualification.

- 8-10 years of experience in Financial Services with high volume operational environment and/or hedge fund industry.

- Managing and/or leading employees for 5-7 years.

- Excellent analytical, problem solving skills with high degree of attention to detail.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
