Vice President - Treasury - NBFC

Our client is a leading NBFC in India

Role & Responsibilities:

- Develop and drive treasury strategies that support the organisational overall business objectives

- Analyse organisation's financial position and plan actions to leverage potential funding opportunities

- Maintain an optimal level of liquidity to meet the company's short-term and long-term obligations

- Forecast cash inflows and outflows and manage organisation's bank accounts to optimize cash balances

- Lead relationship building with financial institutions and funding agencies to support financing needs and other treasury operations

- Develop and drive implementation of risk management policies and procedures to identify and mitigate treasury risks, including market risk, credit risk, liquidity risk, and operational risks

- Build and optimise organisation's investment portfolio, including investments in fixed income securities, equity securities, and other financial instruments etc. to maximise profitability

- Prepare and present financial reports related to treasury operations, including cash flow statements, analyze financial ratios, and report on the company's liquidity position to the senior management

Experience & Qualification :

- 10+ Years of experience in Treasury management in finance related sector

- Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Economics or related role
