Vice President - Treasury/Front Office

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Treasury professional to join the organization in a front-office Treasury role focused on fund raising, lender management, and structured financing initiatives. The incumbent will play a key role in driving liability sourcing and strengthening relationships with banks, financial institutions, NBFCs, and investors.

The role requires strong exposure to equipment finance/infrastructure finance / wholesale lending ecosystems and an established network across lenders and capital providers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive fund-raising activities through banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, mutual funds, and other lending partners

- Manage liability sourcing for equipment finance and infrastructure financing businesses

- Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders, investors, trustees, rating agencies, and financial intermediaries

- Execute structured financing transactions including term loans, securitization, co-lending, assignment, and working capital facilities

- Support treasury strategy around borrowing mix, cost optimization, and liquidity planning

- Liaise with internal business, credit, legal, and compliance teams for deal execution and closure

- Monitor market trends, interest rate environment, and funding opportunities within BFSI markets

- Participate in negotiations related to borrowing terms, covenants, and documentation

- Ensure timely renewals and enhancement of banking lines and funding arrangements

- Support ALM and treasury reporting requirements from a front-office perspective

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 10 - 12 years of experience in Treasury / Fund Raising / Liability Management within BFSI

- Strong exposure to equipment finance, infrastructure finance, wholesale lending, or structured finance

- Proven experience in raising funds from banks, NBFCs, DFIs, and institutional lenders

- Strong understanding of debt products, structured transactions, and capital markets ecosystem

- Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills

- CA / MBA Finance / CFA or equivalent qualification preferred
