Vice President - Training - Revenue Cycle Management

- Define and implement the training strategy for RCM operations in alignment with organizational goals.

- Lead the design, development, and delivery of training programs for RCM processes such as coding, billing, AR follow-up, denials management, payment posting, and compliance.

- Collaborate with business leaders, quality, and operations teams to identify training needs and design competency frameworks.

- Develop training modules, SOPs, and learning materials leveraging modern training tools, e-learning platforms, and simulations.

- Ensure regulatory and compliance training is consistently delivered and updated as per industry standards.

- Establish and monitor key training KPIs such as training effectiveness, productivity improvement, error reduction, and process adherence.

- Drive continuous learning initiatives such as refresher courses, upskilling programs, and cross-functional training.

- Partner with HR and L&D teams to support leadership development and succession planning within RCM.

-Manage training budgets, vendor relationships, and ensure optimal utilization of resources.

- Mentor, coach, and lead a team of trainers and instructional designers to build a strong training organization.

- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in healthcare and RCM training.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.

- 15+ years of progressive experience in Revenue Cycle Management with at least 7 years in a senior training leadership role.

- Strong expertise across end-to-end RCM processes (coding, billing, collections, denials, compliance).

- Demonstrated experience in developing large-scale training programs in the healthcare/BPO/KPO sector.

- Knowledge of US healthcare regulations, HIPAA, ICD-10, CPT, and payer guidelines.

- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in training technologies, LMS platforms, and e-learning tools.

- Ability to drive change, build high-performing teams, and align training initiatives with organizational growth.
