Role Overview:
The VP - Training and Quality (US Healthcare) is a critical leadership position responsible for developing and executing comprehensive training and quality assurance programs for our US Healthcare BPO operations in Hyderabad. This role involves collaborating closely with operations leaders, client stakeholders, and subject matter experts to identify training needs, design effective learning solutions, and implement robust quality control measures. The VP will ensure that our teams possess the knowledge, skills, and competencies to consistently deliver exceptional service and meet or exceed client expectations, ultimately driving improved client satisfaction and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy aligned with business objectives and client requirements for US Healthcare processes.
- Design and deliver engaging and effective training programs, including onboarding, product knowledge, process updates, and compliance training.
- Establish and maintain a robust quality assurance framework, including quality monitoring, performance evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead a team of training and quality professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with operations leaders to identify performance gaps and implement targeted training interventions.
- Analyze training and quality data to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage relationships with client stakeholders to understand their training and quality needs and ensure alignment with their expectations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of training materials, quality standards, and standard operating procedures.
- Manage the training and quality budget effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective training programs for US Healthcare BPO operations.
- Proven expertise in developing and implementing quality assurance frameworks and methodologies.
- Strong understanding of US Healthcare industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
